Since I re-installed this program I can't get my favorites links, only the folders in them. Is there a way to fix this?

If you uninstalled the program, all your favorite links and preferences were removed. Unfortunately, there is no way to recover them, even if you re-install the application. Regarding this issue, there is nothing that you can do.
You can visit Software Informer review page of the product in order to obtain a link to the official download. Press the green Download button from the left, save the file to your computer and install the application following the provided steps.
